A recent full-lot sealcoating and restriping project for a commercial property in the Treasure Valley. Worn pavement restored, fresh black surface, and complete ADA-compliant striping.
This commercial property in the Treasure Valley had a worn, faded parking lot showing years of UV exposure, surface oxidation, and weathered striping. The lines were nearly invisible in spots and the asphalt had lost its protective seal. The owner wanted the lot fully restored before the next busy season.
Supreme Seal Coat completed the project in a single coordinated visit. The crew prepped the entire surface, applied commercial-grade sealer across the lot, and laid down crisp new striping including ADA-compliant accessible stalls and access aisles.
The finished lot is uniformly black, properly sealed against water and UV damage, and clearly striped end to end. The property now has the curb appeal and accessibility compliance the owner was after, with pavement protection that will hold up through years of normal commercial use.
Walked the lot, documented the worn surface and faded striping, and mapped out the new stall layout including ADA spaces.
Cleared and cleaned the entire lot so the sealer would bond properly across every section of pavement.
Applied commercial-grade asphalt sealer across the full lot using truck-mounted spray equipment for an even finish.
Restriped the entire lot with fresh paint, including ADA-compliant accessible stalls, access aisles, and required markings.
