A full church parking lot restoration in the Treasure Valley. Heavy surface cracking sealed, the entire lot sealcoated, and every stall restriped including ADA accessible parking and access aisles.
This church campus had a large parking lot that had gone years without maintenance. The aerial before shot shows the problem clearly: a gray, oxidized surface webbed with cracking across nearly every drive lane and parking bay, with faded striping that made stall layout hard to read.
Because the lot serves weekly congregation traffic plus events, the work had to be staged and finished quickly. Our crew routed and filled the crack network with hot-applied rubberized sealant, cleaned the surface, then applied commercial-grade sealer across the entire lot.
Once the sealer cured, the whole lot was restriped from scratch. That included standard stalls, angled parking along the tree line, directional and no-park hatching, and a full run of ADA accessible stalls with access aisles and blue symbol markings near the main entrance.
Walked the full lot and mapped the crack network, worn areas, and the stall layout the church wanted for its ADA and entrance parking.
Cleaned out and filled the extensive cracking with hot-applied rubberized sealant to stop water from reaching the base.
Applied commercial-grade sealer across the entire lot for an even, deep black finish that protects against UV and moisture.
Laid out fresh stalls, hatching, and directional markings, plus ADA accessible spaces with access aisles and blue symbols by the entrance.
